2010 Americana competition will be judged by three top US judges: Pam Scott, Trigg Rentfro and Butch Carse. Christine Auch will be Bit Judge. The judges have got the cards of AQHA, APHA, ApHC, NRHA, NRCHA, NCHA, NSBA, PHBA, FEI and USEF.

All Americana shows are approved by the corresponding U.S. associations including the Open European Championship shows like the Trail or the EC Western Pleasure, which is approved by AQHA and APHA. Competitors will get both: their share of an attractive purse as well as AQHA or APHA points.
The reining shows are NRHA appoved, the Cow Horse shows are approved both by ERCHA/NRCHA approved. The cutting shows are approved both by NCHA Germany and NCHA U.S.A.International top competitors meet at the Augsburg fairground on September 8 to 12, 2010 for Europe’s premier Western event. The highlights will be the evening shows on Friday night (Sep-tember 10) „Reining & Cow Horse Festival and Saturday night (September 11, 2010) „Cutting Spectacular“. Instead of three evening shows, 2010 Americana offers two special evening events with sportif highlights plus a variety of new attractions. During the „Reining & Cow Horse Festival“, visitors can look forward to world class reiners as well as the European Championship Cow Horse Futu-rity. The „Cutting Spectacular“ focusses on the European Championship Cutting with international top stars including several from the U.S. Of course, both evening events will offer a lot of fun, entertainment and show highlights.
Americana not only offers top class sport, but is also the biggest trade fair of its kind with more than 200 exhibitors. Also, it offers a large variety of entertainment and information.
2010 Americana classes will be in the new indoor arena (size 35 x 70 metres) with space for 4,453 visitors including those for handicapped persons and VIPs.
For competitors, Americana starts with the go rounds on September 5, 2010.
